國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱，22日推出公民住宅政策，主張用勞退金當頭期款，房子可以用租的也可以用買的，她痛批對手蔡英文提出的20萬戶社會住宅政策是畫大餅，不切實際。
洪秀柱陣營推出「公民住宅」政策，說要解救年輕人不吃不喝10幾年也買不起房子的苦難。
政策記者會上，不只砲打中央，更把對手蔡英文提出的20萬戶社會住宅政策拿來比較。
批評蔡英文畫大餅，不過這2位女參選人，照片都被刊登在親民黨網路文宣上，說單身的女人怎麼了解家庭需求，洪秀柱聽不下去。
回應幾句，話又回到自己的公民住宅政策上，洪秀柱打政策牌，希望端出政策牛肉，獲得選民青睞。（民視新聞劉方慈、張崇閔、SNG台北報導）
